They were able to diagnosis the leak, provided a quote for repair, and fixed it on the spot! This was extremely appreciated as rain was in the forecast and I was concerned about further damage. Additionally they inspected the roof to make notes of other potential concerns. Based on their knowledge and experience they provided recommendations of what could cause issues down the line and options for repair. They provided the information without any pressure and I appreciated their insight. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and cleaned up after. While their bid was higher on the roof repair they were upfront and honest about the amount of lumber that may be needed. The other company did not mention that detail. They were prompt, very detailed and did a beautiful job on both projects. They are a new company and based on our experience they will have a very bright future.
